Judicial technical expertise is a scientific research of facts and circumstances of the case, carried out by a person with specialized knowledge in order to establish the truth within and lawfully. Technical Expetul judiciary is an individual who possesses specialized knowledge in the field of topography, geodesy, cadastre and on court appeals as a consultant in order to clarify certain technical aspects of the process. For each action in court defined certain objectives that must be solved for the settlement process. We analyze how the settlement of certain disputes such as adverse possession action and action in servitude. |
