The author presents the experimental data that characterize the individual modifi cation activity of digestive enzymes to hypodynamic stress. It is demonstrated that in the same confl ict situations caused by hypodynamy is distinguished resistant animals and leant to disturbances of physiological functions of the digestive enzymes. It is presented possible forecasting data viable individual animals regarding stressogenic value. It is distinguished that resistance regarding hypodynamy and starvation depend on postnatal age, and critical alteration phase to the fi nal food type and physico-chemical structure of the food substrate. Special importance belongs to establish the neuro-hormonal complex to control salivary secretory cells, pancreatic and gastric cells as well as mechanisms for enzymes autoregulation. It is emphasized that individual assessment of the hypodynamic stress activity have a special importance to directional formation of the health – sanocreatology as well as clinical indeces of  patients being under the long infl uence of hypodynamy.
