In the article are analyzed the results of neurophysiological investigations of the cognitive functions at children, aged between 7 and 18 years, with cerebellar tumors. Are described the features of cognitive evoked potentials P300, the intensity and localization of delta dipoles, duration and intensity of paroxysmal brain activity in children in postoperative period under the infl uence of pharmacotherapy with and without including the cortexin. Under the infl uence of cortexin there is a pronounced amelioration of cognitive functions and bioelectrical brain activity. Were demonstrated the necessity of monitoring the cerebral functions by application the EEG-tridimensional in postoperative period for a longer term then 10-12 months for realization an individual program of cognitive neuroreabilitation. |
