It was developed and researched a vegetal biomass chopper consists of four ensembles - a drum with large rotor, two small rotors, conveyor-feeder and pneumatic system of evacuation of grinding. In tunnel in front of small rotors is mounted a mechanism for pressing and pushing of biomass. It was established that productivity of chopper to shredding straw bale with humidity of 12-15% is 600700kg/h to speed of feeder conveyer 18,4 mm/sec, but the specific consumption of energy is 33-42 W/kg. It proved the necessity to equip the system drive of chopper with an installation of engine protection of overloads. |
