Analysis of statistical data on the production of beef, pork ua herd size of cattle and pigs in farms of different ownership in Ukraine and Zhitomir region. To increase the number of cattle and pigs, to increase production of meat should be widely implemented innovative methods of herd reproduction and organization fattening. Particular attention should focus on energy saving technologies in forage production and animal welfare. |
