Now the greatest extending has received a reinforcement of agricultural machines details by induction overlaying welding various hard metals, and also reinforcement a chemical-heat treatment [1]. We develop an original way of reinforcement at high-speed RF-borating process which allows to receive on a surface of a steel detail a layer wear-resistant composition (FenB-Fe-B-system) borides coverings thickness 350-600 microns during 1-2 mines [2]. The complex structure composition of boride results coverings in irregular change of his hardness on thickness and education of a laminated structure (harder surface layer and less solid layer laying under it) which is developed and at friction technical’s tests of the isolated covering in laboratory conditions (figure 1). Apparently, that the similar wear pattern and presence of nonlinear correlation between linear (Izl) and to drug rooms (Izm) wears composition of borides coverings, testifies to the complex mechanism of wear, formation of areas of conduction on contact boundary line a covering / abrasive and can speak, for example, presence in it of plots of softer and viscous carbide inclusions, in a harder matrix from eutectic Fe-B, borides and mixed carbon borides. Except for that it is established, that wear of arrow-shaped pads in substantial conditions strongly depends on a design of a hardening covering and technology of his drawing [3]. |
