A comparative evaluation of various methods of determining the metabolizable energy in feed for young pharaoh quail aged 17-32 days. It is established, that its energy value ranged 0,816–1,028 MJ/100 g. The smallest deviation in the value of the exchange energy feeds are observed when using direct methods of determining according to the physiological experiments. WPSA method compared with classical methods give values too low metabolizable energy on 3,9-9,8%, and the use of regression equations for inflating 11,4-12,7%. |
