Rezumat

The achieving a correct intake of fatty acids into the formulations fodder structure involves both the identification of key ingredients (actually certified by their nutritional value and fatty acid composition), and the establishment of forage resources which affect beneficial lipid structure in animal body tissues. The ratio of saturated and unsaturated fatty acids in Longissimus dorsi muscle was similar in the two treatments (1/2,27 to soy treatment and 1/2,19 to treatment with canola), however, the content of polyunsaturated fatty acids was higher in treatment with soy. Regarding the content of fatty acids in subcutaneous fat and kidney has shown a higher content of unsaturated fatty acids by the use of rape, given content monounsaturated fatty acids. The unsaturated acids profile from vegetable oil used in pig feed is found in animal products.
