Rezumat

Rehabilitation in the Central territories of Kazakhstan exposed to rocket and space complex is one of the urgent tasks of the rocket and space activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan, as the launches of space rockets and emergencies contaminate impact areas separating parts of fragments of missile technology, combustion products, the collapse of unburnt rocket fuel resources. One of the most effective ways of spill containment rocket fuel and deactivation of the components considered to adsorption, it is based on the fuel of the soil with the use of carbon-containing materials. The aim of this work is determine the optimal conditions for the detoxification of 1, 1 - dimethyl hydrazine (UDMH) and its decay products of the soil modified carbon-mineral sorbents. We used samples of soil contaminated with rocket fuel were selected during field work in separating areas from the carrier rocket parts 25,15 in the central Kazakhstan in the spring-summer period. It was found that the soil cover separating area from the rocket carrier 25.15 aluminosilicate represented by different mineralogical composition with a sufficiently prominent atoms of calcium, titanium iron and copper. The soils samples contained UDMH reaction products: N-nitrosodimethylamine, N, N-dimethylformamide, 1-methyl-1 H-1,2,4-triazole, 1,3-dimethyl-1H-1,2,4-triazole. For soil detoxification sorbent was used for sorbent-based concentrate of shungite modified with salts ions of transition metal, iron chloride (III) oxide and manganese (IV). Sorption is carried out by contacting the soil with a sorbent at room temperature at a predetermined time interval and ratio of soil: Sorbent = 1:5. UDMH is a residual content was determined by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry, and chromatography of ions. The extent of detoxification of UDMH in 48 hours is 85-99%. At the same time the main detoxification process takes place in the first 24 hours. Define the optimal conditions for detoxification UDMH and its decay products: 1) the ratio of the soil: the sorbent = 5:1, 2) contact time of sorbent with the soil - 24 hours.
