The fundamental purpose of business activity in the market economy is to maximize its value. The shift to thinking style oriented at the value creation, presents a serious appeal of Moldovan business environment. In the modern management, financial factors have a decisive impact on decision-making to maximize enterprise value. For an effective value management, it’s very important to study the factors that affect the stability of the company and establish a set of financial indicators to be monitored at different stages of the life cycle of the company. |
