Treatment of distal occlusions angle’s class ii/i with new orthodontic appliances 35 patients with distal occlusion were treated with the proposed method in the present work. The essence of the given method consists in the fact that the teeth 18 and 22 are extracted preliminary, the upper jaw is extended in a transversal plan and the dental arch of the lower jaw is corrected after that. Ihen the teeth of the upper jaw are displaced in stages, at the same time the teeth 17 and 27 are displaced, then teeth 16 and 26. After that they are connected by a wire in a single block in the form of ∞ the teeth 17 and 16 as well as the teeth 27 and 26 and then the teeth 15 and 25, the teeth 14,24,13 and 23 are displaced in the distal part. After this the teeth 17,16,15,14,13 and 27,26,25,24, and 23 are connected by a wire in a single form of ∞∞, after which the spaces are closed and the diastemas of the anterior segment of the dental arch of the upper jaw. The results of the study showed a high efficiency oftreatment, a reduction in treatment time in distal occlusions and discontinuation in the growth of the upper jaw of the sagital plan.

Менеджмент лечения дистальной оклюзии класса II/I Angle новыми ортодонтальными аппаратами В работе представленно лечение 35 пациентов с дистальной оклюзией по методу разработанному автором. Суть метода состоит в том, что предварительно удаляются зубы 18, 28, расширяется верхняя челюсть по трансверсали и коррегируется форма зубной дуги нижней челюсти. После этого, производится смещение по этапам зубов верхней челюсти, в то же время смещаются друг за другом 17, 27 и 16, 26 зубы. Связывыются проволкой в блок ∞ формой 17 и 16 , a также 27 и 26. Далее дистализируются 15, 25, 14, 24 и 13, 23 зубы.Проволкой связанны в один блок ∞ формой 17, 16, 15, 14, 13 и 27, 26, 25, 24, 23 зубы, в результате закрываются тремы и диастемы переднего участка зубной дуги верхней челюсти. Результаты исследования показали высокую эффективность метода лечения дистальной оклюзии, снижение сроков лечения и приостановку роста верхней челюсти в сагитальном направлении.
