The current report focuses on the issue of the teacher in-service training: the theoretical and practical aspects. Living in a society based on knowledge, individuals are in a position to permanent structure their own way of access to information and their capacity to check the information. It is obvious the role of the continuous training in order to achieve the quality in education.  Because the educational system is characterized by dynamism, the training becomes an important level to ensure the necessary reorientation of education. It is good to realize the teacher’s motivation to continuing education and professional development not in one direction, but in the context of its evolution as a complex personality.
