The article is devoted to the problem of training pedagogical personnel for the implementation of an inclusive process in general educational institutions; the issue of psychological and professional non-readiness of acting teachers to work with children with special educational needs is discussed; The levels of readiness of the future teacher for work in the context of inclusive education are examined, the problem of forming professional competencies aimed at the implementation of inclusion in education is raised. The author characterizes the current state of teachers' readiness to work in inclusive educational institutions, raises the question of changing the forms and methods of vocational training and improving the skills of didactic personnel. |
