Rezumat

For an entity is absolutely necessary to carry out its economic and financial activity. This means that a succesfully entity obtains enough incomes to cover costs and expenses. Through this research the authors have proposed to present a number of definition of financial performance and also what means incomes. At the same time was analyzed the structure of entity’s incomes. And finally has been proposed a problem when the entity have a lot of activities such as: sale of products, merchandising or sales of servicies (eg. transport services).
