Rezumat | ||||||
International law requires the state to respect the human, in terms of its organs, regulilele relevant in this area, but also to ensure that, that individuals under its jurisdiction, it does not violate the rights of other individuals, adopting preventive measures and adequate enforcement. From these principles, it an obligation of vigilance on the part of states to combat terrorism that consists of activity likely to prejudice the fundamental rights of individuals, particularly the right to life, liberty and security and right to live without fear.
