Great danger to all humanity in the XXI century is constantly growing and growing transnational crime. It includes not only traditional criminal, but also economic, military, environmental, genetic and other types of crime. Terrorism, illegal migration, drug trafficking, arms trafficking and people, as well as other types of crime in an increasingly globalized economy, causing enormous damage to the further development of the Democratic Progressive human civilization. This worries the international community.
