Rezumat

Articolul prezintă o descriere succintă a biografiei lui Gheorghe Botezatu, inventator de origine basarabeană. Autorul a cercetat sursele biografice, precum și o serie de documente aflate ]n arhive, care demonstrează că renumitul inventator al unui model de elicopter este de origine română. De asemenea, este descrisă activitatea lui George de Bothezat ca unul dintre fondatorii dinamicii de zbor a aeronavelor.

The article presents a brief description of Gheorghe Botezatu’s biography, an inventor of Bessarabian origin. The author studied the biographical sources as well as a series of archival documents that prove that the famous inventor of a helicopter model is of Romanian origin. It also describes George Bothezat’s activity as one of the founders of aircraft flight dynamics

В статье представлена краткая биография изобретателя с бессарабскими корнями Георгия Ботезата. Автор изучил биографические источники, а также ряд архивных документов, подтверждающих, что известный изобретатель прототипа вертолета имеет румынское происхождение. Он также описывает деятельность Джорджа де Ботезата как одного из основателей динамики полета самолета.
