Rezumat

The paper deals with such modern business approach as the customer relationship management (CRM). Advantages of its application are described. The variants of the CRM software with cloud and standalone architecture are presented and the CRM integrated technological solutions which cover a huge swath of technology are offered. The analysis of the CRM system market has been carried out. The major trends in the market and the evolution of the technological solutions used have been revealed. The procedures of the CRM system selection are provided in details.
