This article is oriented to reflect the characteristics of the labor market on which main actors are the young people of Moldova. There have been designated the main issues and the disadvantages that meet young people of Moldova, generated by the economic crisis and the last hour opportunities. Simultaneously, in order to provide a comparative analyze, the author is referring to the main trends of the European Union labor market in the field of young people employment. Finally, a range of conclusions concerning the ways of improvement of these issues are presented, as well as a series of recommendations for reducing the disadvantages of Moldovan young people on labor market. |
