Information technologies in all aspects of civil society became a priority for the government of Moldova. EGovernment is essential for Moldova to survive in the new millennium. E-transformation RM is its commitment to openness, transparency and integration into the UE. E-transformation is primarily a creative strategic thinking and choices made about what will be possible in the context of the information technology revolution globalization. Process e-transformation in RM involves digitization transformation, reform and re-engineering of public services based on ICT.
