Rezumat | ||||||
Community development is a planned evolution of aspects related to the community welfare, namely economic, social, cultural, and environment aspects. It is a process of allowing members of community to join together in order to start a collective action and generate solutions for common issues. Community capacity is the necessary means and manners of doing what must be done. It is more than simple incentives, plans, or people. Community capacity involves commitment, resources, and all that is necessary for the process to be a successful one. Capacity is built and exercised through a complex process initiated both by building capacity and ensuring an efficient community development. In the long run, community development is the result of building community capacities. |
