The author of the article is considering the links between socialisation and individualisation in adolescent age . A human-being is sociable in its nature. It is included into socium and into a definite state structure in which his rights are being realised and his striving to be realised as a personality are formed since childhood. The individual is realising definite norms ,laws,and forms its values in his lifetime.So speaking about the ties between the socialisation and individualisation it is possible to make a conclusion that these two mutually additive prosesses as well as social living conditions are the only possible conditions for development of a human personality.The choise being done by young people determinesthe direction and contentof social activity of a person as well as as to a common approach to the world and himself.
