Correction of the Structural and Functional Changes of Myocardium in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease The structural and functional changes of the cardio-vascular system were studied in 32 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. All patients were diagnosed with myocardial ischemia (MIS) by Holter-Monitoring. The patients were randomized in two groups in accordance to the administered therapy. The symptoms (dyspnoe, heart dysrhythmia, retrosternal pain) decreased in 100% of patients who took Diltiazemretard and in 87.3% of those who took Lisinopril. Also, the indicated drugs corrected the duration of the ischemic pain syndrome, the decrease of the ST-segment, the haemodynamic parameters, the heart rhythm and the arterial pressure, but these changes were registered as more intense under the influence of Lisinopril.

Были изучены структурно-функциональные нарушения сердечнососудистой системы у 32 больных с хронической обструктивной болезнью лёгких. Всем больным был поставлен диагноз ишемическая болезнь сердца при помощи Холтеровского мониторирования. Больные были разделены на 2 группы по методу слепого отбора с последующим изучением после назначения лечения. Отмечены клинические симптомы (одышка, нарушение сердечного ритма, боли в загрудинной области) у 100% больных, которым был назначен Дилтиазем-ретард и 87,3% - Лизиноприл. Также применение назначенных препаратов привело к позитивной динамике стенокардии, нарушения сегмента ST, параметров гемодинамики, сердечного ритма и артериального давления, более интенсивные изменения произошли под влиянием Лизиноприла.
