У статті констатується, що з активізацією в Україні муніципальної реформи все більше уваги вчених приділяється питанням систематизації муніципального законодавства. Здійснено огляд новітніх досліджень у цій сфері, за підсумками якого сформульовані напрямки для подальшого наукового дискурсу: а) необхідність комплексного дослідження систематизації муніципального законодавства України; б) актуальність прийняття Муніципального кодексу України; в) подальші розроблення щодо електронних баз нормативно-правових актів органів місцевого самоврядування, наявність яких значно поліпшила б ситуацію з ознайомленням членів територіальної громади із цими актами; г) доцільність консолідації актів органів місцевого самоврядування шляхом запровадження Зводу нормативно-правових актів органів місцевого самоврядування; ґ) вирішення питання необхідності Модельного статуту територіальної громади.  

The article states that with the activation of the municipal reform in Ukraine, the attention of scholars is being paid to the issues of systematization of municipal legislation. The author argues the directions for further scientific discourse in this field based on the overview of the latest research in this area. Amongst these directions there are: a) the necessity of a comprehensive study of the systematization of the municipal legislation of Ukraine; b) the relevance of the adoption of the Municipal Code of Ukraine; c) further elaboration of electronic databases of normative legal acts of local self-government bodies, the presence of which would considerably improve the situation with the familiarization of members of the territorial community with them; d) expediency of consolidation of acts of local self-government bodies by introducing the Code of normative acts of local self-government bodies; e) resolution of the issue of the necessity of the Model Statute of the territorial community
