<cfAbstr cfLangCode='EN' cfTrans='o'>The work presents the methodology for assesing the intensity of neuro-psycho-sensorial overload at the Sports Medicine physicians and at the coaches involved in the sports performance
insisting particularly on the subjective and objective indicators which can highlight neuropsychosensorial fatigue. We mention the role of the physiological indicators easy to determine (the heart rate, the heart rhythm disorders, the uneveness of the ST-T segment on the electrocardiogram, the endocrine indicators) but also of the psychophysiological
indicators related to visual and auditory analyzer and of the psychological and psychoconductive indicators with great predictive value on the neurophysiological fatigue. Finally we discuss about the necessary prophylaxis means of the  occupational diseases and of the diseases related to
profession by neuropsichosensory overload of the Sports
Medicine physicians and coaches.</cfAbstr>
<cfAbstr cfLangCode='RU' cfTrans='o'>Данная работа представляет методологию для оценки интенсивности невро-психосензориального перенапряжения у спортивных врачей и тренеров. Одновременно изучаются объективные и субъективные показатели которые могут оценить невро-психо-сензориальное
утомление. Отмечаем роль физиологических показателей, которые очень легко определяются: пульс, нарушение сердечного ритма, изменение ST-T на ЭКГ, эндокринные показатели. Одновременно изучаются психофизиологические показатели, связанные со зрительным и слуховым анализаторами, которые влияют на неврофизиологическое утомление. В заключении обсуждается вопрос о необходимых срдствах для профилактики профзаболеваний и заболеваний, связанных с профессией через невропсихосензориальное перенапряжение спортивных врачей и тренеров.</cfAbstr>
