| Rezumat | ||||||
The analysis of the problem state is presented and it is underlined the urgency of whey processing. The necessity of combining various processes to obtain the optimum conditions is argued. There is conducted the material balance of the basic ash elements and proteins, the ways of optimization of whey electrophysical treatment and characteristics of the main engineering parameters. The anode liquid composition and diaphragm types are described. The problems of further research with the aim to work out the wasteless processing of whey with obtaining the high-quality products are noted. |
