Rezumat

Magnetic and electroconductive properties of Nd1-х Srх MnO3-Y (х = 0,45, y is not defined exactly) films of various thickness have been studied. It is shown that all films shows relatively high conductivity at temperature 300 K and are not paramagnetic isolator as it result from its phase diagram. Temperature dependence of resistance shows semiconductor behavior with temperature decreasing and has a maximum at temperature Tmax which differs substantially from T Curie. Negative magnetic moment is observed for all studied films at high temperatures. Possible origins of this phenomena are discussed.
