<description xml:lang='en' descriptionType='Abstract'>The result of critical taxonomical study in genus Crepis L. (Cichorioideae/Asteraceae) for the flora of Bessarabia is presented. The genus Crepis comprises 9 species: C.praemorsa (L.)Tausch., C setosa Hall. fil., C. rhoeadifolia Bieb, C. ramosissima D’Urv., C biennis L., C. tectorum L., C. foetida 
L, C. pannonica (Jacq.) C. Koeh., C. cappilaris (L.) Wallr., the last three of which being rare. Two new species for the flora of Bessarabia were detected: C.foetida and C. cappilaris. The dichotomic key for the Crepis species, as well as ecological and habitat characters for each species are given.
