The influence of physical and chemical properties of the material of the alloying electrode carbide VK8 with 1–5 wt. % Al2O3 nanopowder for the composition, structure, properties, changes in the surface layer to electro-mechanized hardening of steel 35 with varying frequency and duration of follow electrical impulses were researched. The data obtained can serve as a base for creating a new generation of devises electrical spark coating, special electrode materials, as well as in developing technologies nanostructuring of the surface layers of metallic materials. |
