In the articles analyzed the legislative fittings are for organization of investigation of terrorism in the European and post-Soviet states. On the basis of analysis of orders criminal and criminal judicial laws separate European and most post-Soviet countries the general and excellent lines of the normative regulation phenomenon of terrorism and his investigation are established; existent problems and ways of their decision, progress of legislation trend, are studied in direction of optimization of investigation of crimes, related to terrorism. A counterterrorist legislation is examined, directions of public criminal policy, realization of plenary powers of the proper organs and persons, in relation to investigation of such crimes. The author point of view speaks out in relation to expedience of implementation of some positions of foreign legislation in domestic practice. |
