An essential component of the strategy for attraction of foreign investments is just speeding up the process of privatization, the most eloquent expression of the transition towards a market economy, in which an important role and responsibility of creating compelling and domestic private investment and stimulate the formation of a strong sector of small and medium-sized enterprises.
