Investițiile străine directe și competitivitatea industriei prelucrătoare a Republicii Moldova. În lucrarea dată ne-am propus sarcina să investigăm fenomenul de atragere a ISD ca un factor hotărâtor al relansării şi dezvoltării economice a Republicii Moldova şi, în special, a ramurilor industriei prelucrătoare, ca sectoarele cu potenţial cel mai mare de creare a valorii adăugate, majorare a exporturilor şi în consecinţă, de sporire a competitivităţii economiei ţării. Problema atragerii ISD pentru R. Moldova este cu atât mai actuală şi mai importantă, cu cât posibilităţile interne ale statului şi ale agenţilor economici locali sunt limitate şi insuficiente pentru a relansa economia, grav afectată de o perioadă lungă de dezindustrializare. Mai mult ca atât, în ultima perioadă pe plan mondial şi regional se înregistrează o redirecţionare a fluxurilor de ISD din ţările dezvoltate spre cele în curs de dezvoltare şi în tranziţie, Republica Moldova nu a beneficiat decât foarte puţin de pe urma acestor evoluţii, fiind clasată pe ultimul loc în Europa după volumul de ISD atrase.

Foreign direct investments and processing industry competitiveness in the Republic of Moldova. This paper aims at investigating the phenomenon and measures for attracting foreign direct investments (FDI) as a determinant factor for the economic recovery and development of the Republic of Moldova, and especially, of the branches of processing industry, as sectors with the greatest potential for creating added value, increasing of exports and thus, increasing the economic competitiveness of the country. The problem of attracting FDI for the Republic of Moldova is as actual and important as the internal possibilities of the state and of the local economic operators are limited and insufficient for the recovery of the economy, seriously affected during a long deindustrialisation period. Moreover, in the recent years, worldwide and regionally there has been registered a redirection of FDI flows from the developed countries to the developing and in transition countries, Republic of Moldova benefiting very little from these developments, being last in Europe as to the volume of attracted FDI.

Les investissements directs étrangers et la compétitivité de l'industrie manufacturière de la République de Moldavie. Ce mémoire a pour tâche d’enquêter le phénomène d’attraction des investissements directs étrangers (IDE) comme un facteur décisif de la reprise et du développement économique de la République de Moldavie et en particulier des branches de l’industrie manufacturière, tels que les secteurs ayant le plus grand potentiel de créer la valeur ajoutée, d’augmenter les exportations et par conséquent d’accroître la compétitivité de l’économie du pays. Le problème d’attraction des IDE pour la Moldavie est encore plus actuel et important, à mesure que les possibilités internes du pays et des agents économiques locaux sont limitées et insuffisantes pour relancer l’économie, durement touchée par une longue période de désindustrialisation. En outre, ces derniers temps au niveau mondial et régional, il est enregistrée une redirection des flux des IDE des pays développés vers les pays en cours de développement et en transition. La Moldavie a très peu bénéficié de ces développements, étant classée la dernière en Europe par le volume des IDE attirés.

Прямые иностранные инвестиции и конкурентоспособность обрабатывающей промышленности в Республики Молдова. Целью настоящей работы является привлечение прямых иностранных инвестиций как решающего фактора экономического возрождения и развития Республики Молдова и, в частности, отраслей перерабатывающей промышленности, таких как сферы с наиболее высоким потенциалом создания добавленной стоимости, увеличения экспорта и, следовательно, повышения конкурентоспособности экономики страны. Проблема привлечения прямых иностранных инвестиций для Республики Молдова тем более является актуальной и важной, когда внутренние возможности государства и местных экономических агентов являются ограниченными и недостаточными для возрождения экономики, которая тяжело пострадала после долгого периода деиндустриализации. Более того, за последнее время на мировом и региональном уровне отмечается перенаправление потоков прямых иностранных инвестиций из развитых стран в развивающиеся страны и страны с переходной экономикой, и Республика Молдова получила совсем немного преимуществ вследствие этого, заняв последнее место в Европе по объему привлеченных прямых иностранных инвестиций._
