| Rezumat | ||||||
As a general rule the nullity sanctions produces its effects on the parties who concluded the civil juridical act. Nullity effects however can recoil on third parties when those obtained some rights from the resisting party whom the nullity was pronounced for. In this case the effects of nullity on third parties shall be governed by the principle of annulling the subsequent act following the annulment of the initial act. |
