Это позволит определить особый характер прав и обязанностей прокурора по сравнению с другими субъектами доказывания в гражданском процессе. В статье уделяется внимание определению процессуально-правового статуса прокурора, а также исследуются отдельные элементы его деятельности по доказыванию в гражданском процессе. </description>
<description xml:lang='en' descriptionType='Abstract'>The article is devoted to the complex research of the role of the prosecutor in proving in the civil proceedings, which has not only theoretical but also practical importance for the reform and improvement of this public institution. This will determine the particular nature of the rights and duties of public prosecutor in comparison with other subjects of proving in civil proceedings. The article focuses on certain procedural and legal status of the public prosecutor, and explores some elements of its work on the stage of proving in civil proceedings.</description>
