The article deals with the analysis of the agrarian reform in the Ukraine in 1991-2010 and main trends of extending the reform in this sphere. The ways of reforming agricultural industry organizations, as well as modifying agricultural industry into innovation-investment development model have been considered. The article also focuses on the reforming agricultural science, education, agricultural consulting, as well as the developing of agribusiness products export-import system, and administering agricultural sector in whole. |
