The theoretical questions of formulation of theories of international trade are considered, a division into the periods of globalization of waves of international trade and feature of its changes is grounded. Supposition is outspoken, that as a result of acceptance of „Bali package of reforms ” WTO begins fourth wave of globalization of world trade. The changes of volumes of trading in commodities and services are analysed in the world and on the groups of countries with the different level of economic development. It is rotined that rates of growth of trade volumes notedly are speed-ups in the countries of the third world by comparison to developed. The features of changes of trading in the products of AIC are outlined to on to three to the groups of countries with establishment of variety in each of groups of predominating of export of commodities AICV above an import, or vice versa.
