Rezumat

According to the individual labor contract concluded between an employee and the administration of the institutions, organizations, the first takes some obligations which must be achieved for a period inserted in this contract. In order to obtain a high production of the work in an organization it is very important to ensure a discipline within labor collective by a regulation regarding an interior discipline or other local acts, which are based on some methods, for example: stimulating, convincing and constraint methods. This article describes disciplinary order, useful and applied methods, disciplinary liability: when it appears, in what conditions; about disciplinary sanctions: who is in power to establish them, in what measure etc.
