The present article discusses the meaning of the concept of human capital competitiveness for the achievement
of the enterprise’s competitiveness in the market economy. In the article are analyzed the factors, including the
regional one, influencing the human capital. The conclusion is based on the need to evaluate the human capital by
assessing the business reputation of workers. |
