Under the conditions of social-economic process accileration end the transitions to the market economy the study of the proffesional stress became of vitae importance for our society. According to the researches the professional stress affects about 1/3 of employees from the UE membrer states, the wimin reaching higher levels. But for wimin as well for the men the professional stress represent a problem in all the activity domains. |
