In the article the problem of becoming and development of administrative courts is probed in Ukraine, the legal adjusting of revision of court decisions is analysed in an administrative process, principles of organization and activity of administrative courts, their functions in new social-economic, political and historical terms. In particular, an author spared considerable attention finding out of the stages of becoming and development of administrative courts on territory of modern Ukraine, to the analysis of normative-legal acts, regulating activity of administrative courts on the modern stage.

В статье исследуется проблематика становления и развития административных судов в Украине, анализируется правовое регу- лирование пересмотра судебных решений в административном процессе, принципы организации и деятельности административ- ных судов, их функции в новых общественно-экономических, политических и исторических условиях. В частности, значительное внимание автор уделил выяснению этапов становления и развития административных судов на территории современной Украины, анализу нормативно-правовых актов, регламентирующих деятельность административных судов на современном этапе.
