Principalele aspecte pozitive ale transferului tehnologic sunt o creştere a productivităţii şi dezvoltarea activităţilor complementare ale întreprinderilor locale. Pe termen lung, competitivitatea unei economii depinde de potenţialul său inovator. În ţările în curs de dezvoltare, cum ar fi Republica Moldova, lipsa de tehnologii proprii este înlocuită de transferul tehnologic din alte ţări.

Mechanisms of supporting the technology transfer are represented by those instruments that ensure the dissemination of technologies from producers to customers. The main positive aspects of technology transfer are an increase of productivity and the development of complementary activities of local enterprises. On long term, the competitiveness of an economy depends on its innovative potential. In developing countries, like Moldova, the absence of own technologies is replaced by technology transfer from other countries.

Механизмы стимулирования трансфера технологий – это инструменты, обеспечивающие распространение технологий от производителей к клиентам. Основными положительными аспектами трансфера технологий являются рост производительности и развитие дополнительных видов деятельности местных предприятий. В долгосрочной перспективе конкурентоспособность экономики зависит от ее инновационного потенциала. В развивающихся странах, включая Республику Молдова, отсутствие собственных технологий восполняется трансфером технологий из других стран.
