Rezumat

This study reflects the opinion of patients towards the management of primary health care services and was done for two different cases: in institutions with advanced reforms in primary health care and others with intermediate reforms. The patient’s satisfaction is one of the most important indicators of medical service quality. Such type of study offers to the institution the possibility to evaluate itself and to monitor the quality of services through the expectations of patients. As a result, it increases the patients’ satisfaction as a consequence of increasing accessibility; decreasing the waittime; implementing pre-consultation triage; assuring confidentiality; increasing the competences of medical personnel; increasing accessibility to preventive measures; etc.
