<description xml:lang='en' descriptionType='Abstract'>In the article there is analysis of working conditions and its role in the process of providing of judges’ working discipline. The author generalized and improved the basic
theoretical and legal approaches to the interpretation of the term «working conditions», characterized the impact of working conditions on the discipline of judges, examinated the current state of the working conditions of judges, proposed changes to the way of working conditions to improve labor discipline in the field of justice. Special attention is paid to the fact that the working conditions of judges affect the provision of labor discipline of judges and they are an effective and important tool in modern conditions, but require constant improvement and closer to the demands of the international community.</description>

Автором обобщено и усовершенствовано основные теоретико-правовые подходы к трактовке понятия «условия труда», охарактеризовано влияние условий труда на дисциплину труда судей, исследовано
современное состояние условий труда судей, предложены пути изменений условий труда для повышения уровня дисциплины труда в сфере судопроизводства. Акцентировано внимание на то, что условия труда судей влияют на обеспечение дисциплины труда судей, и они являются действенным и важным инструментом в
современных условиях, но требуют постоянного совершенствования и приближения к требованиям мирового сообщества.</description>
