Based on the analysis of the norms of the Russian civil legislation, the provisions of the doctrine and practice is considered the issue of removal of objects out of civil turnover. On the basis of the existing in civil law understanding of civil turnover, is made the general conclusion, that removal of objects out of civil turnover should to mean as the termination of subjective rights. Author gives an estimate to the novels of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation about on the Turver of objects of civil rights, in particular, about the legal exclusion out of Art. 129 of the Civil Code of categorie of objects, withdrawn out of turnover.

На основе анализа норм российского гражданского законодательства, положений доктрины и практики рассматривается вопрос об изъятии объектов из гражданского оборота. Делается общий вывод, что, исходя из сложившегося в цивилистике понимания гражданского оборота, изъятие объектов из гражданского оборота следует понимать как прекращение субъективных прав. Дается оценка новеллам Гражданского кодекса РФ об оборотоспособности объектов гражданских прав, в частности, о легальном исключении из ст. 129 ГК РФ категории объектов, изъятых из оборота.
