Rezumat | ||||||
This article examines perspective development directions of promotions of civil servants as subjects of labor law. Analyzed
scientific works of various scholars, studied their positions regarding to improvement of existing promotion system of civil servants as subjects of labor law. Criticized the current state of legislation, made emphasis on its reform in order to increase the motivation of civil servants in the performance of their duties. Proposed to enhance the ranking of wage differentiation, improve organization, involve staff in the process of governance. |
