The article is dedicated to problems of rising of the quality of management in the organization activities. Precise management of processes guarantees the prediction and stability of the quality of the product during all the stages of the production until getting the ultimate or final production. Permanent improvement has to be one the most wanted goals of the organization. It’s proved that all the management system works better, if the organization is considered as a single or sole system. For the increasing of the efficiency of the organization management and optimizing of the processes it’s needed to perform the main principles of TQM, which are in detail explained in the article and can be used as a perfect conduction for the organizations that have a purpose of the efficient management of the quality of the organizational activity.
