They established a high frequency of tumors RePg Reese and negative, respectively 48.4% and 57.8%, representing a feature of CGM in postmenopausal patients with dictating the need antiestrogen administration by determining the expression of these. The main type of hormonal disorders in the patients of CGM during menopause is hyperprolactinemia, which determines hiperestrogenemy tissue in the patients with hepatobiliary system pathology associated with CGM and thyroid pathology.Hormone homeostasis in the patients of CGM in menopausal hormone is characterized by deviations adenohipofizari: Pl - 14.7 ± 1.1, LH - 45.4 ± 2.8, FSH - 38 ± 1.9 compared with those in the patients of control group, respectively Pl - 12.7 ± 1.1, LH - 47.1 ± 7.5, FSH - 43.4 ± 6.2. The patients with CGM, cellular immunosuppression is more pronounced than in the patients without pathology of breast cancer, T-limf.total indices, T.limf. active T-TFR, T-TFS - was 47.4%, 29.8%, 29.3%, 18.2% and 50.9%, 30.4%, 30.8%, 20.1% respectively (p <0.001). |
