În articol sunt expuse metodele de tratament chirurgical a defectelor tegumentare la nivelul degetelor membrului superior a 226 de pacienţi trataţi pe parcursul anului 2011 în „Clinica de Chirurgie Plastică şi Microchirurgie a Aparatului Locomotor” Principalele obiective de tratament au fost: 1) Închiderea defectului. 2) Restabilirea senzitivă maximală. 3) Păstrarea lungimii degetelor traumatizate. 4) Menţinerea funcţiilor articulaţiilor. 5) Atingerea unui aspect cosmetic satisfăcător.

In this study diferent methods of treatement are present in 226 patients with tissue defects at the finghers of the upper limbs operated in:” The Clinic of the Plastic and Reconstructive Microsurgery of the Musculoskeletal System ” during the period of 2011 year. The main objectives of treatement were: 1) wound closure,2) maximal sensitive recovery, 3) keeping the fingher lenght, 4) maintenance of joints function, 5) achieve a satisfactory cosmetic look.

В данном исследовании представлен анализ методов хирургической обработки ран у 226 пациентов с дефектами тканей пальцев верхних конечностей на базе «Клиники пластической и реконструктивной микрохирургии костно-мышечной системы» в период за 2011 год. Основными задачами хирургической обработки ран были: 1) закрытие раны, 2) максимальное восстановление чувствительной, 3) сохранение длины пальца, 4) поддержание функции суставов, 5) достижение удовлетворительного косметического вида.
