A comparative approach to the status of the European civil servant is, we believe, in line with the deepening of issues of obvious and necessary interest, if we consider that Romania has become a member of the European Union since 2007, but especially if we examine the difficulties it faces. of „administrative capacity”. The community civil service is not only a theoretical and research topic, but also a practical issue of great interest, taking into account that, as the European Union expands, many Romanian specialists will work in EU structures, putting their competence and capacity in the service of promoting community interests. |
