Rezumat

In this article, we described 1 new case of Myasthenia Gravis – Lambert Eaton overlap syndrome in our own practice. The patient provided informed consent. In addition, we reviewed 22 articles and tried to identify relevant associations, with respect to differential diagnosis, pathogenesis and functional investigations.
